Todd has been a Texas State Trooper for 18 years and is a United States Army Veteran. Over the last year he had faced numerous unexpected medical issues. In November 2021 he had a microdiscectomy procedure on his back due to herniated disks. Post surgery he was still dealing with intense pain in his back and made multiple trips to the emergency room to get relief for the pain. In February another MRI was done and the doctor found more herniated disks in his back. Todd went in again in March for the same procedure to fix his back. The surgery went well this time, but the issues didn't stop.
In June Todd was back in the emergency room for swelling and pain in his legs. He was admitted to the hospital for Deep Vein Thrombosis and the doctors had to go in a remove clots from his leg. The doctors were not able to remove all the clots and are monitoring him closely to make sure he has no more issues with the DVT. Once they are confident he is better, he will have to go in for knee surgery to repair a torn meniscus.
Todd is one of the most selfless people I know. He will do anything for his family, friends and complete strangers. If you are able, please help Todd and his family with the growing medical bills they are faced with.
