God bless the Law enforcement officers that protect us, correct us and do not get the recognition and respect they deserve all too often. May this money help his family, given with the best intentions and love.

It is absolutely horrifying what that illegal alien did such a dedicated, heroic man. We are losing too many law enforcement personnel to criminals. Neither he nor his family deserved such a fate.
