The Utah FOP Foundation has partnered with the creators of “ShiftAside”, which is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy module with 21 lessons, teaching their formula of “Learn + DO = Better” which is designed to give you a tactical approach to dealing with low moods, highly charged situations, anxious or irritable feelings. This is a tool that every police officer can use without fear of anyone weaponising it against you. It's completely confidential. We have found a way to offer this to every FOP member in the state and their spouse for 80% off their normal rate, if we can raise the funds to do it. By donating, you can help members of your own department, yourself, your profession, or if you are not in law enforcement, it can go to help an officer you know, or many. For every $9 we are able to raise, that will cover one officer on this app for an entire year. Every penny will go to providing this service to our members and their families.
