Cause Details

Memorial

Sgt Hooser was suddenly and tragically killed in the line of duty by a felon they were attempting to arrest. The suspect fled in a semi where he did an abrupt U-turn on the freeway and drove into Sgt Hooser. The impact killed Sgt Hooser immediately. A statewide manhunt ended when the suspect was taken into custody after a violent crash in Vernal. Who leaves behind his wife nearly 30 years And two daughters. Please contribute if you can. 100% of the money raised will go to his family.
