Rockin' 4 Relief is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that raises money for families of police officers, firefighters, EMTs, and paramedics who were catastrophically injured or killed in the line of duty.
Every year, Rockin' 4 Relief sends volunteers to gas stations, grocery stores, restaurants, and retail locations to rock in a rocking chair for up to 10 hours straight to collect donations from customers who come by.
Rockin' 4 Relief was started in 2009 by a 12-year-old kid and has now raised more than $270,000!
