Chicago Police Officer Edmund Zablocki and his children need your financial assistance in a time of need! Ed has been a Chicago Police Officer for 24 years and prior to that he was a police officer with the Chicago Housing Authority and the Cook County Forest Preserve Police. Ed is currently assigned to the 22nd District where he and his children also reside. In June of 2024 Ed suffered a massive stroke while already a patient at Christ Hospital. Since then Ed has been severely limited in his ability to communicate and also has limited mobility. Ed's physical condition has caused him to apply for disability with the City of Chicago's Pension Board. However, Ed will go into a no-pay status for an unknown period of time before he receives checks from the pension fund. This will apply even more stress to an already financially stressful situation. Ed's son Michael just recently graduated from Mount Carmel High School and his daughter Mara will be going into her sophomore year at Dayton University. Please join us in helping Ed and his kids get through the next few months and assist in any extra medical assistance he may need going forward! Thank you in advance!!!
