This is Riley the son of Texas Ranger Tony Bradford and wife Heidi Bradford. He is currently a Junior attending Brock High School. Riley was diagnosed with a congential heart defect known as Bicuspid Aortic Valve. After being able to prolong his surgery and giving him time to enjoy being a kid they were informed on October 2nd that the time has come to fix his valve to avoid heart structural changes or damage to his heart. Riley will undergo open heart surgery on November 16th. He will be in surgery for a minimum of 4.5 hours while they stop his heart to replace his Aortic Valve, he will also be placed on a heart/lung bypass machine and require 2 weeks in the hospital with a stay in ICU and a stepdown room. The friends & family of this couple and their son are reaching out for support to get through the upcoming and unforeseen medical bills, 8 weeks of recovery at home and the 2-week hospital stay to allow his parents to be there for him every step of the way. This sweet family never asked for help but is always the first to donate, buy shirts or baked goods and give their time to support others in any way they can. Now we feel it's our turn to rally around and find additional help for them. From all of Ry's family and friends we thank you for your prayers and support.
