Mike Griffin, a devoted IBEW Local 995 Lineman, was on storm duty in Michigan—doing the dangerous, essential work he’s done for years—when everything changed in an instant.
While navigating a tight construction zone, Mike’s bucket truck was pulled off the road by a soft shoulder. Faced with a split-second decision, Mike chose to stay with the vehicle to avoid endangering others. That act of selflessness led to a serious accident, and now Mike is facing a long and uncertain recovery.
Mike is more than a lineman—he’s a husband, a father of four (from 4 months to 17 years old), and the rock of his family. With him unable to work, they are struggling. They need our help.
Every donation—big or small—will go directly toward supporting the Griffin family with essentials like housing, food, medical care, etc. during this incredibly difficult time.
This campaign is organized by the National Sisterhood United for Journeymen Linemen, a community that stands behind our linemen and their families when they need it most.
If you can’t give financially, please share this campaign and keep Mike and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
Let’s rally around Mike the way he’s always shown up for others. Let’s help carry the load.
🙏 Thank you for your kindness and support.
