Issiac Espinoza has been a State Trooper with the Texas Department of Public Safety since 2022. He is stationed in Kingsville, Kleberg County. In 2023, Issiac and his wife, Arianna, lost their newborn son, Archer, at five months old. In 2024, Issiac and Arianna were ecstatic to be expecting another baby. Unfortunately, towards the middle of the pregnancy, Arianna began experiencing serious medical problems, requiring her to be hospitalized multiple times. In August 2024, after emergency surgery, Issiac and Arianna welcomed their new son, Bridgen.

Bridgen was born premature and both Bridgen and Arianna required additional medical care for months. After finally welcoming Bridgen home, Arianna began having even more medical problems, requiring numerous emergency room admissions and appointments with specialists.  In February of 2025, Arianna was admitted to Herman Memorial in Houston, TX. While at the hospital, Arianna suffered two strokes and a brain bleed, requiring life-saving emergency surgery. Their lives have forever changed. Arianna is currently home and recovering but requires a lengthy and extensive recovery effort in speech, cognitive, and physical therapy. Issiac is working in a limited role in order to take care of their newborn, two daughters, and Arianna.

The DPS Troopers Foundation is raising money to help the Espinoza family with expenses related to Arianna's needs. If you are able, please donate. Help A Hero charges a fee up front. 100% of the money donated will go to the family.
